The staff at Hope’s Cheesecake in Gulf Shores, AL is committed to making the best cheesecake out there. Our staff has more than 30 years of baking experience among them. Opened in 1996 by Bob and Jeanne Donald, Hope’s Cheesecake has been a favorite dessert destination in the Gulf Shores area for more than 13 years. We have many other treats as well, such as our famous "Hope Bars," which are slices of cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate! Come in for a slice, a cheesecake mini or a whole cake! Come visit us at our shop, located at 210 East 20th Avenue, just southeast of the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge in Gulf Shores, AL.
